Many of us cut down our rice intake when we want to lose weight. Because rice is a carbohydrate, it is often seen to contribute to weight gain. However, a recent study suggests that eating more rice could help us fight obesity. Joining in this discussion on the findings and what it means for our diet is IMU’s School of Health Sciences Dean and President of the Malaysian Dietitians’ Association, Prof Winnie Chee.
