It is challenging for parents to handle both work and children at home at the same time. During the Movement Control Order (MCO), due to the extended time together, parents have observed that their children’s behaviour could often be puzzling for instance being disruptive or simply naughty to very quiet and reserved. Evelyn Soong, Clinical Psychiatrist of IMU Healthcare shared, from a clinical perspective, how stress can often be the cause of such disruptive behaviours and the strategies parents can take to care for their children during this challenging time on Melody FM.
